I am in the final stage of my Therapeutic Counselling Diploma and currently work with clients as part of my placement at Lighthouse.

My core approach is Person-Centred. I offer a warm, supportive and non-judgemental environment where you can explore what is happening for you, in your own way and at your own pace. I work with empathy, respect and openness, recognising that each person brings their own unique experiences and story to counselling.

I have experience supporting clients with anxiety, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, life transitions, self-worth and feeling overwhelmed. I am particularly interested in supporting people through periods of change and helping them develop a deeper understanding of themselves, their feelings and what they need.

I understand that coming to counselling can feel like a big step, particularly if you are used to coping alone or holding things together for others. You do not need to have everything figured out before coming to counselling. My aim is to meet you where you are and provide a space where you feel able to be yourself and explore whatever feels important to you.

I work within the BACP Ethical Framework and attend regular clinical supervision as part of my practice.
